MOLSECT Halloween 2026 Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The MOLSECT Halloween 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Molsect Industrial Limited, the operator of MOLSECT (the “Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 29, 2026, at 8:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Only eligible entries received during this period will be considered.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who:

Are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

Can legally own, receive, and possess the prize under applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Provide a valid shipping address within an eligible location.
Employees of MOLSECT, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter:

Complete the entry form with your name and email address.

Submit the form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase, payment, or marketing subscription is required. Purchasing a MOLSECT product, using a promotional code, or subscribing to marketing emails will not improve your chances of winning.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One Gray MOLSECT Shuttle Folding Knife (Model M2066AH).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $78

Shipping: Standard delivery to an eligible U.S. address is covered by MOLSECT.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
No payment is required to claim or receive the prize.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 3, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be documented by MOLSECT.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and may be required to verify their age, identity, eligibility, and legal shipping address.
If the selected winner does not respond in time, fails verification, or cannot legally receive the prize, another eligible winner may be selected at random.
The Sponsor will not request payment, credit card details, or bank information to claim the prize.
8. Shipping and Taxes
MOLSECT will cover standard shipping costs to an eligible address within the designated Giveaway territory.
The winner is responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding the ownership and possession of folding knives.
Any applicable personal tax obligations remain the winner's responsibility under applicable law.
9. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Personal information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.
Marketing email subscription is entirely optional and does not affect entry validity or winning chances.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with MOLSECT's Privacy Policy, available through www.molsect.com.
10. Fair Participation
MOLSECT reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, automated submissions, or violations of these Official Rules.
If technical problems materially affect the fairness of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action as permitted by applicable law.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from responsibility related to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
