1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

To ensure fairness and product integrity, returns are only accepted if the item is in Brand New / Unused condition.

No Signs of Use: The knife must not have been used for cutting, sharpening, or testing.

No Cosmetic Damage: Items with scratches, dings, screw-stripping, or any signs of disassembly will not be accepted.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, pouch, cleaning cloth, and all inserts.

Note: If a returned item is found to have any signs of use that affect secondary sales, the refund will be denied, and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.

3. REGIONAL POLICY

USA Orders: Returns are processed through our U.S. warehouse. For non-quality-related returns (e.g., "changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

International Orders (Outside the USA): Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs, orders shipped outside the United States are generally considered Final Sale. However, we value every MOLSECT user. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at info@molsect.com. We will evaluate every case individually and do our best to find a fair solution for you.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., structural failure, mechanical issues), please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or a full refund at our cost.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

Please email info@molsect.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
